This page sets out the subscription service terms of UAB “Apps Libri” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
By using the subscription service, you agree to these terms.
Please read them carefully before purchasing a subscription.
By purchasing a subscription, you gain access to digital content available according to your chosen subscription plan.
All content is provided in electronic format only — no physical products are shipped.
The subscription fee is automatically charged for each billing period (monthly).
Your payment details are securely processed through our payment partners (Shopify Payments, Paysera, PayPal, etc.).
By purchasing a subscription, you agree that recurring payments will continue automatically while your subscription remains active.
If a payment attempt fails, the system may retry automatically. In case of repeated failure, the subscription may be temporarily suspended.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term.
If you do not wish your subscription to renew, you can cancel it at any time.
You can manage your subscription:
via the link provided in your order confirmation email, or
by logging into your account on the website.
Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle.
Payments already made are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You may change your subscription plan (duration or content type) if such an option is available in your account or in post-purchase emails.
When a plan or price change occurs, the new rate applies from the next billing period.
You will be notified of any significant changes in advance via email.
The Company reserves the right to change subscription prices, plans, or content.
Users will be informed of such changes via email or by a notice on the website.
Changes take effect from the next subscription period, unless stated otherwise.
We make every effort to ensure continuous access to subscription content. However, occasional temporary technical disruptions may occur.
The Company is not responsible for access issues caused by the user’s device, internet connection, or third-party services.
Your personal and payment data are processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and the data protection provisions of the respective payment providers.
These subscription terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania in accordance with applicable law.
